What could be causing such a horrible face?

The one on top you can't see has a big black blood blister under the skin. "Ruptured Hemotoma" to be exact. Poor girl. Tylenol is her friend. And mine.

Oh! I can relate. Eli can relate, actually. He has been making some similar faces lately. Poor kiddos. I hope all of those teeth pop through quickly. ;)
